Rachael Watchorn

Since graduating with a BA (Hons) in English, Education and History from De Montfort University, I have successfully worked in the industry for over 20 years recruiting for schools.

Over the years I have built extremely strong relationships with primary, secondary and SEN schools for daily, long-term and permanent recruitment.

I have first-hand experience working in schools and the increasing pressures faced by schools. I know just how dedicated and hardworking everyone has to be each day. I am passionate about getting it right and take time to visit and understand schools, with the ultimate aim to build a trusting and long term partnership.

Away from work I have 2 sons ages 7 and 12, who I adore and keep me on my toes! I love to cook and want to apply to be a contestant on master chef!

At the tender age of 14, I worked in a busy recruitment office doing general administration duties for my one week work experience - I haven't looked back since! In 2004 I started working in Industrial Recruitment managing administration, payroll and onsite management. Then in 2008 I started my career in Education Recruitment where I quickly developed the passion to provide only the best support and compliance service to schools.

I am able to build strong and long lasting relationships with both schools and candidates through my bubbly personality, my honest approach, and my caring nature. A lesson I learned in my first ever recruitment role was that if you take care of and value your employees, they will take care of the clients. This has remained one of my core philosophies and at Supply Personnel we value all of our employees and treat everyone with 100% commitment, respect and loyalty

I am a mother of two beautiful children, who have helped me become who I am today.

One of my dreams has already come true, which was to get married in Turks and Caicos and so now it's on to my next - to go on a Great White shark dive!
