Daily Supply work

Daily or short term supply in schools gives you an opportunity to work in various differing settings and locations.

You can find out what suits you best and gives you a glimpse and introduction into working in the particular school.

You must be flexible and adaptable and fit in with the schools ethos.

Schools are looking for as little disruption as possible when supply staff come into school, so pupils progress isn’t hindered.

Permanent work

Schools are using Supply Personnel more and more for their permanent recruitment. Working with a recruiter with access to major job boards and networking with colleges and universities opens up an extended pool of candidates, in the current climate and teacher shortage.

At Supply Personnel we have a separate database of candidates purely looking for a permanent roles. With our success in long term placements we also find many candidates will move onto a schools contract after an initial prior working with us in a timesheet basis.

Long-Term Supply

Many schools require cover for a period of time. This means you will be carrying out the role as if you were a permanent member of their staff.

Maternity/paternity cover, long term sickness and PPA cover are a few examples in this category.

We accurately match your skills, experiences and qualifications to the job specification from our school and will arrange a trial day prior to committing to the placement, to make sure the role is completely right for you and is your opportunity to meet the children and staff.

Our Promise to Candidates
