Here at Supply Personnel we pride ourselves on great customer service we are available from 06:30 each morning to take your call and meet your day to day needs. We also recognise that when you are faced with a staffing issue you may need an urgent response, that is why we offer an out of hours 'on call' or SMS (Text Message) service, evenings and weekends.

Our Promise to Schools
Having worked in the industry for many years we have learnt many things along the way. Being mum’s, we want to make a difference by matching the right candidates into your school. Our aim was to take all the good things that we have learnt to create Supply Personnel.

We will:

Provide an exceptional service by excellent communication and an honest approach

Respond to all morning calls in a timely manner, we aim for within a 10-minute time frame

Only provide staff that we feel are the right fit for your school

Send booking confirmations on the day or prior to the day of the booking with all the safeguarding information you need for your single central records (including a photo of the candidate)

Expect all our staff to arrive at the school for 8.15am and they are asked to provide their current DBS and photo ID

Ensure all our teachers leave the classroom in a tidy state with work marked and a handover note detailing their day

Strongly encourage all candidates to read through the school’s behaviour policies prior or upon arrival

Always offer you competitive rates with no hidden charges

Uphold the strict vetting procedures as you would expect, with a high standard for quality and safeguarding.

Ensure, wherever possible the candidates that have become trusted and part of your team are prioritised to return and therefore also provide continuity for the children
